General tournament rules, how prize pools and payouts work, and how we handle mistakes on the score sheet.
General Rules
The Nuts is a friendly home tournament club in Prague. These rules keep game nights fair, fun, and consistent — on the felt and on the score sheet.
Format
Weekly No-Limit Texas Hold'em tournaments. All skill levels are welcome. The host sets the table, blind structure, and start time for each event.
Buy-in & rebuys
Buy-in and any rebuys or add-ons go into that night's prize pool. Rebuys are allowed only during the rebuy period announced at the start of the tournament.
How results are recorded
After each game, every player who attended gets an entry on the score sheet. Your score for the night is the total amount you took from the prize pool — buy-in is not deducted from this number on the website or leaderboard.
Sheet symbols
A number greater than zero means you cashed (ITM) and that number is your score. Zero means you played but did not cash. B means bubble — you finished one place outside the paid places.
Finishing positions
1st place is the tournament winner. Head-to-head stats on the site compare the two highest scores in the final two of each game only.
Conduct
Play in good faith. No collusion, angle-shooting, or slow-rolling. The host may ask a player to sit out if behaviour disrupts the game. Decisions on the night are final unless corrected under the Reporting section below.
