The Nuts Prague is a private home poker club website. It provides club information, event listings, rules, gallery content, merchandise links, and member-only statistics such as leaderboards, player stats, hall of fame records, and event results.

This site is a club tool and information portal. It is not an online gambling service, casino, or payment platform. Games are organised privately by the club; the website records and displays club activity.

• Sign-up requires a valid invite code issued by the club.
• You must provide a working email address and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the site, share invite codes without permission, or break these terms.
• Some areas (Leaderboard, Player Stats, Hall of Fame, detailed results) are available only when you are signed in.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access admin tools or other members’ accounts without authorisation.
• Scrape, copy, or republish club data, images, or content without permission.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the site’s security or availability.
• Use the site for any commercial purpose unrelated to the club without our consent.

Leaderboards, results, medals, and related stats are maintained for club use. Hosts and admins may correct entries according to club rules. Displayed figures may change when corrections are made. The website content does not create any betting contract or prize entitlement beyond whatever the club agrees at the table.

Merchandise pages may link to external shops. Purchases, shipping, refunds, and payment data are handled by those third parties under their own terms. The Nuts Prague does not process payments on this website.

Site design, branding (including the The Nuts Prague name and logo), text, and uploaded club media are owned by the club or its licensors. You may view content for personal, non-commercial club-related use. You may not reuse club branding or media without permission.

The site is provided “as is”. We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free stats, or that every third-party link will work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nuts Prague and its organisers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws in their location regarding private home poker and related social play. These terms do not give legal advice.
